Challenge this Challenge that. Challenge everything.........except your Spouse

We all see the physical evidence of challenging yourself with training, why can't we do the same on the inside?

So, when's the last time you've done something hard?

Put yourself in an uncomfortable position, to force growth upon yourself?

Scared the hell out of yourself doing something new or frightening because why not?

Anxiety and the fear of the unknown are programmed into the human body, but they aren't naturally bad.

Your brain gets anxious when trying new situations, it has no track record to base its wild conclusions in. So, remember that you have no idea what is ultimately going to happen until it does, so think positive and bet on yourself! What happens when your hit the lotto and strike it big?

There are good types and bad types of stress. I implore you to learn the difference! Good stress is conclusive to growth and expansion.

Who really cares if you fail or mess up?

I'm sorry to say but you have to get over yourself, get over your ego. Everyone in the history of trying things has made a mistake one way or another. Mistakes are just another way of seeing how things do NOT work. So, make some mistakes, then refinements and circle back for your winnings.

Didn't Nipsey say it was a marathon? Continuous effort on the road to victory, sometimes the effort may be less than others, other times it's a burst of energy you couldn't predict. Regardless you keep going until it's over. The only finish line in life is death and until then every day is a new day to challenge yourself and grow.

Repetition is the key to mastery, even if you suck at first try something new to chase those brain points and level up your thinking.

To answer my very first question in the very beginning we can challenge ourselves and grow internally, that's the objective of schooling or studying!

In the words of the 44th President Obama I'm here to tell you "YES WE CAN!"
