So, you think you're Healthy?

Do you exercise enough?

Drink enough water?

Can you live the life you want for yourself with no issues?

Challenge your mind?

Sustain your body with all the proper nutrients?

But what is being healthy really? The term gets thrown around with little consideration. But Health generally speaking is being fulfilled in your physical, mental, and social aspects of your life.

Giving your body the proper nutrients and exercise to remain disease and pain free.

Having a mindset that can bounce back from negative situations, thinking positive, actively growing.

Then a social life that fulfills your needs both intimacy and platonic relationships. Can you find support and challenges in your circle of confidants and loved ones?

We could go into the little nuisances like have you checked in with a doctor lately? Organized the proper hormonal and blood test to see what's going on, on the inside? Do you know what genetic predispositions you have in life?

The point is health isn't something to be glanced at and assumed, you have to go examine beneath the surface to get a true picture of things.

We want to be healthier to live longer, to live better and more exciting lives. Lives where we regain the mobility of our youths till old age. No disease or ailments holding us back. Life is meant to be enjoyed, it's not easy. But nothing easy last long, no real lessons are to be learned on the easy path in life.

The good news is health is a decision we make every day. If you've fallen it may not be possible to fully reverse the effects. Yet symptoms can be mitigated. A new, better normalcy can be reached.

The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. - Lao Tzu
