Gym Bro Rant

 This article is near and dear to my heart it's about my gym family.


It's about all of you.


For to long we've been branded as animals who just enjoy the exertion of energy and muscular capacity.


But we're more than that and it's time to show the world our truth.


Our consistency and dedication can be applied to all aspects of our lives and make us into masters of our crafts.


Finance, Mentality, Relationships any habit can be ours to conquer. Use the same energy and talent in the gym to become your best self.


Because that's what it is, it's a talent to try this hard and to continually put in the lessons, to put in the work when gratification is not instantly awarded.


Not everyone is like us only 28% of the population is able to maintain what we do.


It's not easy, but we're a group of people who understand the easy path is not always the best path in life.


Challenges have to be faced to find out who you really are in life, if you don't push yourself do you really know what you're capable of?


So this post is dedicated to becoming your best gym self.


Working on yourself every day, outside of the gym and the normality that plagues everyone around us.


Just like only working out one leg or arm can cause an imbalance, so too will exercising your body without exercising your mind and your spirituality.


Don't be imbalanced.


You got this and don't let anyone convince you otherwise.


Be proud of who you are and what you have accomplished!


Put in the work and go after even more!
